Hello. I am an extremely frustrated, 26 year old girl, who eats healthy and was a personal trainer not long ago (I consider myself to be in good physical shape and to take good care of my body) I'm trying with a lot of difficulty to stay positive despite how much pain I have been in and how little amount of seriousness or concern, some Dr's and friends have taken in it. Yet, even the Dr's who take me seriously seem very confused and I think everyone is starting to think I'm crazy. When I'm not in sharp pain or unable to function I start to believe I'm really just losing it myself. Everyone seems to think a Xanax will fix my problems, but I have never been one for popping pills without justifiable need. I never even took aspirin or anything until recently, because I like to keep my body as close to its natural state as possible and I tolerate pain very well, but lately my pain is so severe I take vicodin (RARELY) and it does nothing to eliviate the pain. Now some new symptoms have become frightening to me, along with some unexplained testing that my Dr has referred to as "weird". Let me explain. Here are my symptoms in order of severity and my concern. -Severe pelvic pain (left sided and episodic) -Sharp abdominal pain that travels seemingly through all of my organs, (central abdomen, under ribcage on both sides, radiates into left upper back and into legs) -Often cold with chills BUT - intermittent "hot flashes"/feverishness feeling with no fever (though my normal body temp is 96.8), excessive sweating -LETHARGY, every day feels extremely difficult to get out of bed and I am no longer able to keep up with everyday life tasks. -Joint pain (episodic and very severely painful), especially in legs, lower back and shoulders/arms) -Tenderness upon touching mid-back area that lasts after being touched -Heart palpitations and shortness of breath (episodic) -Chest pain (type and location of pain changes, sometimes sharp, sometimes dull, pressure and burning) -Boughts of severe dry-mouth and dehydrating quickly -*Muscle weakness (unable to perform what I would consider easy tasks without considerable struggle and shortness of breath) *difficulty in small motor skills, * confusion, * slurred speech and dizziness, * shakiness, *paleness of skin and dark circles, pain in left side of neck (feels like it is swollen, popping, difficulty swallowing) *feeling of lightheadedness **(symptoms are episodic and usually come together)** -Headaches and twitching eyes, chattering teeth -Mood changes, especially effected pre-menstrual: paranoia, anxiety, depression -Other symptoms also seem to worsen before and during menstrual periods, with stress, and with meals -No longer able to drink caffeine because I become too jittery to function What I know: I have a small hiatal hernia, GERD, acid reflux disease I have a benign dermoid cyst (located on my right ovary) Unsuccesful colonoscopy: intestines were twisted, spasming and scarred according to Dr (1 hr later, emergency CT colonoscopy showed nothing wrong except for right-side dermoid cyst) Pelvic MRI a week later also same as CT colon. Normal chest xrays Mostly normal ekgs, with one abnormal Heart murmur since childhood Normal echocardiograms Always "perfect" blood pressure until a recently moderately low BP reading of 100/50 Dysmenorrhea (still dont know how to spell that since 16, painful and heavy periods) Pain following sex Skin rashes from childhood classifed as eczema Testing that was abnormal or bordering abnormal: False positive on Chlamydia testing Bilirubin Levels (on the low border of normal range) WBC (on the very low end of normal range) Epstein Barr positive ESR, Westerngren (low side of normal range) Calcium (very low side of normal range) Had a bacterial throat infection with no sign of abnormalities in WBC?? Family history: -Hypo thyroid disease (maternal side) -Four maternal relatives with ascending aortic anuerysm (usually associated with Marfan's syndrom but no visible external signs of abnormalities) -Cardiovascular disease on both maternal and paternal sides -Diabetes-Type II ( maternal side) I know its a lot of information but I'm really trying to show all the details in hopes someone could even point me in the right direction. I am too young to feel this way all the time and I want my normal chipper, healthy self back. Thanks if you make it through this and if you have any insight :)

My boyfriend told me he has thought of suicide due to his problems of having Epstein Barr Virus. He spoke about how his friend had a gun, if he needed to end his life. He has fallen asleep driving home from my house, which has scared me a few times from letting him drive home. Last night his friend, or his parent's called my cell phone at 1am in the morning. I panicked because I thought my boyfriend was in trouble because the person who picked up the phone when I called the number back sounded as if he was crying or high. I called my boyfriend and asked him directly where he was at and he flipped out on me telling me I woke him up and that I needed to stop freaking out. He called his friend and he said no one called my phone. My boyfriend called me back and told me someone was lying to him and it sounded like he was excusing me of being the liar. I hung up on him after he said this. He started saying it was my fault and that we really need to talk. Here I am..someone please help me. I think he is going to leave me, but he tells me he loves me. :( Help!

I learn 10th planet jiu jitsu under Scott einstein epstein (former chuck liddell's trainer and one of the best in the 10th planet system), but people in another forum are telling me it's too expensive and say they pay $60 a month to train, but i live in cali and it's expensive here. Also, I need help finding a muay thai gym, how much would it cost? U guys clearly don't know 10th planet. Maybe should do more research on it I go 2 times for BJJ and 1 time for wrestling per week so x4 is 12 times. 1 class time is 2 hours. 1 hour for instruction and 1 hour for rolling
