'Cher' () (born 'Cherilyn Sarkisian' on May 20, 1946) is an American recording artist,
television personality, actress, director, record producer and philanthropist.
Referred to as the Goddess of Pop, she has won
an Academy Award, a Grammy Award, an Emmy Award, three Golden Globes and a
Cannes Film Festival Award among others for her work in film, music and
television. She is the only person in history to have received all of these
awards. Cher began her career as a backup singer and later came to prominence as
one half of the pop rock duo Sonny & Cher with the success of their song "I Got
You Babe" in 1965. She subsequently established herself as a solo recording
artist, and became a television star in 1971 with [[The Sonny and Cher Comedy
Hour]], a variety show for which she won a Golden Globe. A well received
performance in the film [[Silkwood]] earned her a nomination for the Academy
Award for Best Supporting Actress of 1983. In the following years, Cher starred
in a string of hit films including [[Mask
(film)|Mask]], [[The Witches of Eastwick (film)|The Witches of Eastwick]], and
[[Moonstruck]], for which she won the Academy Award for Best Actress of 1987.

Cher, throughout a career spanning over 49 years, has broken many records. She
is the only artist to reach number one on the Billboard charts in each of the
previous six decades. Her hit dance single "Believe" is
her biggest-selling recording and was the best-selling single of
1999, having sold over 10 million copies worldwide. name="cherandshare">
She holds the Hot 100 record for the longest hit-
making career span, with 33 years between the release of her first and most
recent Billboard Hot 100 #1 singles, in 1965 and 1999 and 45 years between her
first and most recent #1 ranking on any Billboard chart Cher ended
her 3-year-long "" in 2005 as the most successful tour by a female solo artist
of all time. Cher has sold over 100 million
albums worldwide. After a three-year hiatus and retirement from
touring, Cher returned to the stage in May 2008 at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas
where she performed her show [[Cher at the Colosseum]] until February 2011. Cher
has a deep contralto vocal range.

I wonder if he shares Cher's secret

Open Question: Dog has diarrhea have tried rice and cher hicken, pasta and chicken, mashed potatoes?
She has always eaten Beneful always liked it. Then about two weeks ago wouldn't eat it.She went three days no matter what I tried to give her she wouldn't eat. Finally she ate rice and chicken. She did this for two days then refused it. So went to pasta and chicken again ate it for two days then wouldn't;t eat it, Gave her mashed potatoes again two days then walked away. She will eat scrambled eggs so far three days of that but her stool is still watery. I think she needs something solid in her. Last night and this morning she ate a handful of dry cheerios. Also on the try, eat, then walk away diet was rice pudding and tapioca. She is 14 years old a Chihuahua her teeth are not very great and I think chewing anything hard hurts her teeth. I've read some great suggestions here will try the pumpkin, boiled hamburger, Pepto, Activia and Pedialyte. Yesterday I was eating a polish dog and offered her a bite she ate it but not sure that is very good for her. Hard to get a sample because the yard is dirt and it would not be a clean sample unless she messes in the house.

Open Question: Poll; Who have you seen at a concert?
*Musicians* I've seen Pro Green, Emelié Sande, Pixie Lott, Dappy, Jessie J, The Wanted, Wretch 32, Labrinth, Rizzle Kicks, Cher Lloyd, EXAMPLE, ED SHEERAN (omg he's amazing) Reamonn.. I can't remember anymore;) You?:) Klarisa- Jessie J is amazing live, right?:D

Open Question: What are some Cher Lloyd type of dress stores?!?
I seem to have a very similar dress sense to Cher Lloyd. DO NOT GET ME WRONG. I am not trying to dress like Cher, I am not a wanna be Cher or any of that crap. I didn't start dressing like this once I seen her. I have only just heard of Cher at the start of this month and I've looked her up on google images to see who she is and realized we dress similar. So yeah :) I don't care if you don't like her bla bla. Or if you have a different fashion sense and think this stuff is not fashion or I'm trying to have swag. I don't give a fuck about swag I dress the way I wanna dress. Thanks guys :)

Open Question: how to do a loose ponytail?
