(from Wikipedia)

A 'businessperson' (also 'businessman', 'business man', or 'businesswoman') is
someone involved in a particular undertaking of activities, commercial or
industrial, for the purpose of generating revenue from a combination of human,
financial, and physical capital. An entrepreneur is an example of a business
person. Sometimes the term can mean someone who is involved in the management of
a company, especially as an owner or an executive. Sometimes it can also mean
someone employed in a (usually) profit-oriented enterprise. The term
businessperson/man/woman almost always refers to someone with a "white collar"

Open Question: Romney – The Job Killer?
While Mitt Romney was governor of Massachusetts that US state was 47th in job creation amongst the 50 United States. That is, Mitt Romney had nearly the poorest record of job creation in our country. His Venture Capitalist firm, Bain Capital, made money by squashing many little companies and growing few others. BTW, maximizing a company’s profit includes shipping jobs overseas; a tactic that venture capitalists do not shy away from. It’s about the money, period! Why would anybody think that this man would create jobs for anybody? He certainly has no great record of being a job creator. Sure, he is a businessman. But isn’t it the goal of every businessman to maximize his own profit and to minimize his workforce as much as possible? Isn’t that every businessman’s dream? Romney’s website also states Romney’s position that he opposes union dues being used to lobby [influence] senators but he doesn’t oppose business owners from lobbying senators. Thanks Mitt. (As it concerns ‘Keystone’, Obama doesn’t oppose it. He opposes it being built very close to a major source of fresh water, which is a real danger. Greedy oil investors don’t want to pay a little more to divert it away from our clean drinking water source. Naturally, Romney couldn’t give a sh_t. Just show him the money. Thanks again Mitt.)

Open Question: Who is a better businessman Herman Cain or Mitt Romney?
Herman Cain actually created jobs by improving a company and expanding it. Romney piled debt onto companies, charged them "management fees", cut corners and created inferior products, then left the company in worse shape than they were to begin with.
